Our mission
BlueCollege connects construction tradespeople with the data center build boom. We focus on the people building the facilities — IBEW electricians, fiber splicers, HVAC installers, cable crews, and commissioning agents — not the people running them.
Why BlueCollege?
The AI infrastructure boom is creating a massive labor gap. The data center industry needs 439,000+ construction workers that don't exist yet — electricians, HVAC techs, fiber splicers, and cable crews to build the physical infrastructure powering AI. Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Meta are spending hundreds of billions on new facilities, and every gigawatt requires thousands of tradespeople on the job site.
We're building the career platform that connects motivated workers with these opportunities. Not an IT job board. Not a staffing agency. A real tool built for tradespeople — with honest pay data, certification guidance that actually matters, and job listings from the contractors doing the work.
Why this exists
Most job resources treat data center work as an IT career — not a construction trade. BlueCollege is built for electricians, fiber techs, HVAC mechanics, and cable crews who want to know: what does this work actually pay (including per diem and OT), who is hiring, and how do I get in? Real information, no fluff.
