By accessing or using BlueCollege (bluecollege.co), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Description of Service
BlueCollege is a career platform for the data center construction industry. We provide career resources, salary data, job listings, and community features to help skilled tradespeople find and advance in data center construction and operations careers.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Maintain only one account per person.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
Salary Data Disclaimer
Salary information on BlueCollege is informational only and is not guaranteed to be accurate. Our salary data is based on publicly available sources, industry reports, and estimates. Actual pay varies based on employer, location, experience, certifications, union status, and other factors. Do not rely solely on our salary data for financial decisions.
Job Listings Disclaimer
BlueCollege is a platform that connects workers with employers. BlueCollege is not an employer and does not guarantee employment. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any job listing, employer, or hiring outcome. All employment decisions are between you and the employer.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you post on BlueCollege (forum posts, comments, profile information). By posting content, you grant BlueCollege a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content on our platform.
Intellectual Property
All site content — including text, graphics, logos, salary data compilations, career guides, and software — is owned by BlueCollege or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from BlueCollege.
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Post spam, misleading information, or fraudulent job listings.
- Use BlueCollege for any illegal activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Limitation of Liability
BlueCollege is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueCollege and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueCollege and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to BlueCollege or its users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with BlueCollege, we ask that you first contact us at hello@bluecollege.co to attempt a good-faith resolution. If we can't resolve the dispute informally, any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in New York County, New York.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top. Your continued use of BlueCollege after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Operator
BlueCollege is currently operated by Matt Rotundo as a sole proprietorship. This section will be updated when a formal business entity is established.
